· Japanese team's chitin staff / facility / cost management
· Analysis and management of the quality of dishes and services to be provided, food preparation, guest satisfaction, merchandising, marketing etc. Food costs and safety management.
· Perform applicant interviews, staff guidance, performance evaluation, education, consulting etc and work on improving the staff's performance.
· Establish an educational plan for the chitin staff and implement trade on work.
