Job Description

You will work as a sushi chef at a dining bar located within a world-famous luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia.
You will be asked to be able to interact with guests while preparing the sushi, help train new staff, develop the menu, and more. We will work on defining how our restaurant grows together.

・Our restaurant is location in the Eastern Provice of Saudi Arabi, where you can enjoy a sense of freedom
・As Saudi Arabia is under Halal food law, using ingredients such as pork and alcohol are prohibited, and we will use only ingredients allowed by law
・However, we are only about 45 minutes away from the Kingdom of Bahrain, where you can enjoy such products

・4+ years experience in sushi preparation, working at a dining bar, etc. ・Experience preparing sushi, other dishes, and managing ingredients ・Prefer flexible, open-minded candidates ・English: Experience using English in the workplace (we use English as the main language of communication between our staff)
