Job Description

With the establishment of a new factory, we are looking to hire quality assurance and menu development personnel for a major food and beverage company in Vietnam.

<Specifically>
・Cooking instruction and quality control at establishments
・Cooking instruction and quality control in the factory
・Pioneering suppliers with purchasing personnel
・Recipe creation in preparation for new business developments
・Product development for promotional planning
We will expand your duties based on your capabilities as you sharpen your skills while working under the head of business management.

Requirements & Notes

We are a large-scale company gaining momentum, with over 13 yakiniku and sushi establishments operating in Ho Chi Minh and Cambodia.
In particular, our establishments are well-known and popular in Ho Chi Minh, and we plan on accelerating development there in the future.
The cost of living in Ho Chi Ming is about 20~25% of that in Japan, and you can eat meals as cheap as 100JPY per meal.
As our company will provide you with a housing allowance, as well a yearly airline ticket to visit your home country, you can save upwards of 60,000JPY per month. Vietnam also holds the reputation for creating the most authentic Japanese cuisine in all of Southeast Asia.

Currently, we're looking for staff with experience in Japanese cuisine and factory quality assurance to join our food and beverage establishment in Ho Chi Minh, which has made a name for itself as a place popular amongst the locals. As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for team members who will help promote this growth both quickly and properly.

Experience: 3+ years in food preparation Language: None (will have Japanese interpreter assistant) Certifications: None Looking for a candidate who can improve their skills regardless of experience.
