Job Description

We are looking for sushi head chef at sushi bar for Hong Kong's leading F&B company opening soon.

Main work content
· Cooking work at the sushi bar, general customer service
· Create Omakase menu
· Overall management of sushi bar

※ Opening new store! It is scheduled to open around the spring of 2018.
The location of the shop has already been decided and it is currently being prepared for opening.
It is a small high-priced store.
The number of seats is assumed to be around 10 to 30.

Document selection → Interview (We will flexibly set the number of times according to the circumstances) → Assignment → Preparing for a visa application, after traveling to Hong Kong after training at the Osaka related sushi shop

Requirements & Notes

【Training system available】
· We will respond to consultation on the date of starting work on the site, but we are looking for those who can work as soon as possible.
☆ After adoption, we will conduct training directly at the sushi shop in Osaka, or Hong Kong store.
☆ Preparation for visa application will be done during the training period.
· The cost of staying in Osaka during the training period in Osaka is borne by the company.
* However, if you resign in less than 3 years due to your own circumstances, you will be required to return the stay fee during training.
※ Also, if you resign in Hong Kong after less than one year due to self-circumstances, you will be responsible for cancellation charges etc due to Hong Kong's agreement.

Income

Approximately 360,000 to 540,000 HKD (Exchange rate as of May 2018, about 500 ~ 7.5 million yen, provided by other housing companies) * It depends on experience etc.
