Job Description


We are looking for kaiseki chef at Michelin 2 stars in London, England.
Job Description
· Making a menu in accordance to the season
· Cooking service of Japanese food in general, including kaiseki dishes which are course dishes
※ In addition to the Japanese owner and executive chef, Japanese culinary cooks are currently enrolled in a total of 10 people by the number of years of experience.
* For that reason, we are looking for someone who can work in a team.
※ Although it is a kaiseki restaurant, various side menus are provided unlike Japan.
We are looking for people who can do general such as simmered dishes, fried foods, sushi etc.

Requirements & Notes


We want to develop genuine kaiseki dishes in the UK! We are looking for those who have such dreams and passion.
Currently as a kitchen staff, chefs from Southeast Asia such as Vietnam are working.
They are working hard at work for 48 hours a week, and on holidays they are studying their own Japanese tea ceremony and trying their own training.
All Japanese chefs who have learned authentic Japanese cuisine are also a job they would like to challenge with such passion.

Because it is a Michelin 2-star shop in the UK and London, where you can work safely not to mention compliance!
