Job Description

This casual Kaiseki restaurant opening in the world's largest city, Chongqing, is hiring a head Kaiseki chef!

・Kaiseki food preparation, menu development
 (There are recipes for the initial menu.)
・Interacting with customers at the counter
・Training and guidance of other staff
