Job Description

This casual Kaiseki restaurant opening in the world's largest city, Chongqing, is hiring a head Kaiseki chef!

・Kaiseki food preparation, menu development
　(There are recipes for the initial menu.)
・Interacting with customers at the counter
・Training and guidance of other staff

Requirements & Notes

・Japanese-Owner：The owner is from Kyushu and has 15 years of business experience.
　He has an understanding of both Japanese and Chinese business culture.
・It is a new restaurant, so you will get to help out not only with the food, but also with the management of the new business.

＜Experience・Skills＞ ・5 or more years experience as a Kaiseki chef ・For visa purposes, someone with a chef's license, or someone who can verify past employment 　　※The further back you can verify, the better ・Japanese: Native Level ・Other: None ＜Desired Personality＞ ・Someone who enjoys living and working in a new environment ・Someone who can maintain self-organization ・Someone who is flexible in making sushi and other side menu items aside from Kaiseki
