・Shop's Business hours 　From Monday to Thursday : 11:00am – 2:30pm & 5:00pm – 9:30pm 　From Friday to Saturday : 11:00am – 10:00pm 　On Sundays 　　 : 11:00am – 9:30pm 　Thanksgiving Day : Closed 　Christmas Eve : 11am – 6:00pm 　Christmas Day : Closed

＜Experience・Skills＞ ・Over 10 years of cooking and operations experience about Japanese cuisine, since this is a Ramen and Izakaya restaurant. ・Has the experience of menu development, especially soup arrangement. ※ Although it is not a must term, those who have the experience as a Ramen chef will be plus. ＜Language skills＞ ・Japanese：Native level ・English：Not a must term ＜Other terms＞ ・To apply for the visa, those who have a Chef license or can give working history letters are preferred.
