This position is at a luxury Japanese restaurant within a hotel in Macau.
We are looking to hire a candidate who can work as a sushi chef (all chefs are required to have shaved or close-cropped hair)

This restaurant is very popular and has earned a Michelin star.
Being our third year after opening, our customer base has increased, so we are looking to expand our staff as well.

We are hoping to hire someone with plentiful experience in sushi preparation!
You will be working under our Japanese head chef.

【Vacation】 • Paid vacation first 120 hours (equivalent to 15 days) + Remaining vacation 3 days / year • Sickness leave (with hospitalized condition, etc.) 6 days / year • Marriage leave (only marriage of the employee his/herself) 3 days / year

Requirements

Experience as a sushi chef Cooking license ★ No language skills required Currently, 3 Japanese employed It is even better if you can speak English, Chinese, or Cantonese
