Job Description

While the owner may be German, he is passionately committed to Japanese culture and cuisine.
He hopes to offer Japanese food that meets the tastes of German customers without sacrificing the quality of the Japanese authenticity.
This restaurant has been thriving in Munich for over ten years.

The concept of this restaurant is [Sushi].
We mainly offer sushi and other general Japanese cuisine.

We currently have five chefs employed in the kitchen, all of which are Japanese.
Our front of house staff also has two Japanese employees, as well as some German part-time staff.

We highly value teamwork and are looking for a veteran chef who can lead our kitchen staff.
We plan to have you be in charge of:
・Japanese food preparation
・Training and management of various staff
・Menu development, quality control, etc.

Requirements & Notes

・Hours of Operation
 Monday - Saturday: (except Friday) 12:00-14:00 (lunch menu)
 Monday - Sunday: 18:00~23:00 / Last call at 22:00 (dinner menu)

 Indoor seating and terrace: 40 seats
