Job Description

Top-Class Restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.
Once you pass through our shop curtains, you will never forget the taste of your experience here.
Since our restaurant was established, we’ve opened 11 locations in 7 cities, and we have continued to share Japanese culture with our customers through our food.

We are currently looking to hire a sushi chef for our high-class sushi restaurant in 【Ginza, Japan】.
But I thought Washokujob did recruitment abroad?! Well, you’re right.
This position follows a career path that will allow you to work in one of their overseas locations depending on your skills and abilities after around 2-3 years.
(They have locations in LA, NY, Hawaii, Shanghai, and more.)

Your specific duties will involve sushi preparation and interacting with customers at the counter.
But first, we will have you train in the flavors and skills our brand holds dear in Japan.

Requirements

＜Skills・Qualifications＞ High school degree or above Experience working at a sushi counter Over ten years of experience working with fish ＊We are looking for someone who can prepare sushi, provide support, and assist in training the other staff. ＜Language＞ Japanese／Native level English・Other language／Not required（Since we will have you working abroad in the future, we will give priority to candidates who are able to speak the native language(s) of what location they may be transferred to.） ※You must keep your hair shaved/very short to work at this position, so please keep that in mind
