Job Description

Will oversee the following duties as a member of our staff.

- Assist chefs, outlet managers, manage and enhance kitchen operations
- Management of proper food hygiene and sanitation
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant kitchen
- Educate employees to improve culinary and hospitality skills
- Keep the restaurant clean
- Improve adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Strive to foster a good relationship with our customers
- Constantly work to resolve any issues hindering customer satisfaction
- Always pay close attention to your work and finer details
- Be responsible and obtain good results as a team
- Sharpen your ability to multitask and perform even during busy hours
- Prepare weekly outline of goals and duty for the kitchen staff when necessary
- Put effort in to creating a good relationship between the kitchen staff and service staff
- Follow and comply with company policies
- Follow instructions from the outlet manager
