Job Description

Hiring restaurant manager or a kitchen chef at a Japanese-style steakhouse restaurant.
We will have you help operate our restaurants from either the operations-side or the kitchen-side.
Specific job details:
• Restaurant management, data management
• Hospitality service in front of house
• Education, training, and shift management of staff
• Inventory management and order placement
• New menu development, etc.
* Various job duties can be adjusted based on your experience

Requirements

Over 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry - Kitchen experience preferable - English proficiency at the daily conversational level ※Skype interview possible
