Job Description

A major Japanese food and beverage company with over 70 lines of business and 140 stores across Japan, as well as Thailand and America (Hawaii and New York).

We will have you first work at one of our locations within Japan, with plans to have you employed with us in the future in Thailand or America as our front of house staff.

Based on your preferences and current living situation, we will assign you to work in the kitchen at one of our izakayas or restaurants
We will have you undergo training and learn the tools of the trade as you go along.

More specifically...

・You’ll start by handling simple preparations, such as salads and dessert, and we will teach you proper knife skills as well
　We will also gradually have you work on other forms of preparations and cuisines, such as fried foods, etc.
　We have about 60-70 items on our menus, and you will learn how to prepare all of the items.

　Please also be open to approaching menu development as you gain more experience.
　Our menus are not regulated by our HQ/corporate, but rather each location as the freedom to tweak menu items based on specific needs/desires of our teams and customers
　You will also be asked to help us create seasonal menu items and weekly specials

・In the future, we will have you transfer to Thailand or America, and help improve our locations abroad as well

2.8 Million JPY (company has private dormitory)

Holidays

・2 shifts per month ・Time off：5-8 days per month 　※Holidays, business hours, and working hours will vary depending on the affiliated store 　※We have introduced an early/late system for stores with long business hours ・Weddings/Funerals・Paid Time Off・Maternity/Paternity Leave・Childcare Leave 　※In the event you are asked to come in on a day off, your holiday will be transferred.

Requirements

・No experience necessary 　Even if you have no experience, we are looking for someone who loves interacting with customers, with a strong sense of responsibility. ・Education: High school or more ・Japanese：N2 or higher on JLPT（Not required, but we will consider your Japanese capabilities） ・Language aside from Japanese： 　Native level Thai, or native level English
