・Someone who can create general Japanese cuisine or sushi ・6 or more years of experience ・For the visa application, someone who can prepare the following: 　☆Proof of employment at five or years since college graduation 　☆Proof of employment at ten or years since high school graduation ※Proof of Employment：can be from multiple employers and/or part-time work. 　☆Someone who hasn't worked away from the kitchen for more than one year ☆Looking for someone who can demonstrate filleting tuna☆
