【Company Introduction】
This company started expanding globally early on, and continues to plan spreading Japanese cuisine within the food and beverage industry today.

Indonesia prides itself on having the fourth largest population in the world and experiences rapid growth even amongst ASEAN. This company opened it's first international location in Jakarta in 2014.
The company has many restaurants that also adhere to Halal food regulations so that its customers of the Muslim faith can enjoy their cuisine. Currently with five restaurants, their sixth and seventh locations are in the works.

Each location seats between 50-70 customers, and there is a total of 200 staff members.
There are also two central kitchens, which add to the expansion of our locations.

Currently, they are looking for someone to help support the manager in the central kitchen in Jakarta.

【After Hiring】
▼You will undergo three months of training in Jakarta, where you will obtain the necessary know-how regrading the products and operation of the restaurants. There are about 10 staff members in this management position who will be able to help guide you along the way. They all speak Japanese as well, so you will be able to follow along accordingly without worry.

▼You will gradually shift responsibilities to that of an operations manager, to all areas such as product and service management, training of staff, etc.

▼In the future, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities on the business end of things.
