Job Description

This high-class sushi restaurant is an eight minute walk away from Wan Chai Station in Hong Kong.
They offer an omakase menu, and their restaurant seats eight customers.
It's a popular restaurant that offers the finest customer service.
※ Cost per customer: 40,000-50,000 JPY

The restaurant has been opened for about five years.
The Japanese executive head chef is part of the restaurant's name,
and he is looking to hire a new Beginner Sushi Chef and a Sushi Chef In-Training as he begins to open new
locations that offer authentic sushi and spectacular customer service.

Job Description:
Cooking assistance, assisting with service, and other related duties.
You will work under the Japanese executive chef and learn the necessary skills
to make sushi and successfully interact with customers.

You will first undergo training on-sit before beginning
work in either a new or current location.

Requirements

【Skills】 ・No experience necessary! ・Japanese: Native Level. No other languages required ・Driver's license required  ※You will need to drive between the locations to manage inventory 【Desired Traits】 ・Values health, takes sushi seriously as an art, strong desire to learn and study, works with sincerity ・You will not be permitted to smoke while on the job You don't need to know English at this point, but this is your chance to tackle studying English! You can also use it while you work and practice your speaking skills! This is a great opportunity for somebody hoping to hone their English abilities. Many people will learn English and other foreign languages as a means to help spread Washoku with the rest of the world.
