Job Description

This high-class sushi restaurant is an eight minute walk away from Wan Chai Station in Hong Kong.
They offer an omakase menu, and their restaurant seats eight customers.
It's a popular restaurant that offers the finest customer service.

This restaurant is becoming a brand,
and will offer things like Battera Maguro, and Sushi Kaiseki, that you can order in
advance to take home from major department stores.

【Job Description】
Upon relocating, you will start by assisting with sushi and culinary support at the existing and new locations.
While also contributing to the restaurants' menus outside of sushi,
you will also work in the central kitchen helping with catering and take-home meals.

After the central kitchen opens,
you will also help with preparing the take-home sushi and catering bento,
as well as overseeing inventory and other tasks.

Requirements

【Skills】 ・Sushi or Edomae Wahsoku experience of 10 years or more ・Qualifications:For visa acquisition purposes: holds a chef's license      For visa acquisition purposes: can provide proof of past employment 【Language】 Japanese/Native Level, No other languages required 【Desired Traits】 ・Values health, takes sushi seriously as an art, strong desire to learn and study, works with sincerity ・You will not be permitted to smoke while on the job 【Other】 If you leave your job within one year of employment, you will need to pay back all of the housing and visa fees that were initially covered by the company. You will need to give one-month's notice, and these amounts will be deducted from your salary.
