Job Description

A company affiliated under Japan Airlines is opening a Japanese restaurant
in the food court at Changi Airport in Singapore called [JAPAN GOURMET HALL SORA].
They currently have six locations serving ramen, donburi and more.
They are looking to hire immediately as the food court shop is
set to open in June of this year!

１．Oversee both locations' kitchens (culinary guidance and management)
２．Main liaison with franchise manager
３．Assist with opening of new location
４．Assist the GM
５．Sanitation Management
etc.

Basically, you will be assisting the GM with management for the entire kitchen operations.
You will be working on-site as well as needed.
