Job Description

This Japanese Food&Beverage Group operates about 50 locations across Japan, Korea, and America.
In May of 2018, they opened a cafe in Hawaii as their second location there.
And now they are looking to hire cooking staff.

【Specific Job Details】
・Basic culinary duties
Inventory, Management, and Preparation of ingredients
Ordering, Inspection, Cost Management

・Based on your performance, you may be able to receive a promotion to management or other roles within our various locations.

【Hiring Process】
・Resume Screening: work history, face photo, photos of cooking
・Interviews: 2 (planned)
・After hiring, will immediately prepare visa application, then relocation

This posting is for an abroad location of a large Japanese Food&Beverage group! It will be an easy and relaxed working environment.

・Relocating with Family:
Most candidates relocate alone,
but those with families will usually get used to life in Hawaii and save money before having their family move with them.

・Financial Savings：
You should have some savings for when you arrive in America until your life settles.
It is recommended to have at least 1,000,000JPY saved,
based on the experiences of the chefs we have worked with.

Additionally, you will need to cover a portion of the visa expenses, and you will need a car to get though your daily life in Hawaii,
so please understand that you will need a good deal of savings for this big change.

Holidays

・Hours of Operation：7 days a week 　Breakfast and Lunch：7: 00 am - 2:00 pm (Last Seating) 　Dinner：5:00 pm - 8:30 (Last Call) ・Time off：6-7 days per month (varies by month)

Requirements

・Culinary experience: 3 or more years ・Driver's license required 　(you will need it to travel to and from work, and for your daily life in general) ・English: daily conversational level 　　　The part-time staff are local hires, so you will need to know some English to communicate with them ・Other: candidate will relocate as an individual
