Job Description

★We continue to offer our customers delicious sushi at a reasonable price★

This sushi restaurant has been incredibly popular in Japan for over 40 years.
Each of the 20 locations attract enough customers to always have a line out the door!

In 2018, starting with Hong Kong, they have begun expanding abroad outside of Japan.
With immense support from the customers in Hong Kong, in September 2019, they will be opening their 3rd location!

They are also planning to expand to other countries throughout Asia in the future.

With the opening of their new location, they are also looking to hire a sushi chef!
The new employee will undergo training for 3 months in Japan, and then relocate to work in Hong Kong.
※Upon relocation, your employment will be transferred to the Hong Kong subsidiary, and you will be employed directly under them.

If, by chance, before you relocate, we have opened locations in either Thailand or Taiwan,
you may be considered to work at one of those locations.
But do not worry, as we will discuss your personal needs and desires before making any such decision.

Job Description：
・Through your training in Japan, you will take your knowledge of Japanese business procedures and etiquette, as well as standards for quality control, and continue working abroad
・Then, you will lead the overseas location as the candidate for head sushi chef, more specifically:
・Interacting with Japanese HQ in coordination with local Hong Kong subsidiaries
・Managing quality assurance to the same standards as the Japanese location
・Preparing and serving nigiri-sushi. Interacting with customers.
・Managing inventory, sales, and guidance of staff

Requirements
