※Hiring will have 3 rounds
Resume Screening：Resume (in English and Japanese) along with photos of your dishes (sushi and sashimi)
First Round：In-person interview (Skype also possible for those who live far away)
Second Round：Cooking test (if you live far, the company will cover your travel costs)
Third Round：Final in-person interview (at the same time as cooking test)
