Job Description

Received Michelin-star from【Michelin Guide Kyoto・Osaka 2018】. Sushi Wakon.
Offering traditional Edo-mae sushi in Kyoto, Tokyo, and throughout Asia.
In Spring 2019, opened location in The Tokyo Peninsula upscale hotel.
You will work as a sushi chef in this expanding business.

Sushi Wakon uses only the highest quality of ingredients from Toyosu and Japan.
You will be able to make the most of your experience while working alongside our Michelin-star master chef.
If you do not have much experience, this will be a great opportunity for you to hone your skills and learn.
