Job Description

【About the Restaurant】
・Hong Kong location of Japanese restaurant that earned 2 Michelin-stars in Osaka.
After opening in 2018, it has already garnered popularity and high acclaim in Hong Kong.

・This restaurant has evolved upon the Edo-mae style sushi tradition.
The owner/head chef has incorporated both traditional techniques as well as international culinary techniques.
They are currently understaffed, and looking to also hire a new sushi chef to work at the counter.

【Job Details】
・Cooking at the counter, interacting with customers
・Preparation and development of not just a sushi menu, but a menu incorporating Western culinary concepts as well

Requirements & Notes

＜Hiring Process＞
　Resume Screening　→　Interview (number of interviews will be decided flexibly based on situation) →　Decision　→　While waiting for your Visa to process, you will undergo training at the Osaka location before relocating to Hong Kong.
※We will give preference to candidates who can begin working right away.
【Training System】
・We can negotiate your start date, but we would prefer someone who can start sooner than later
☆After being hired, you will undergo training at either the Osaka or Hong Kong location
☆While training, we will prepare and process your Visa application
・The company will cover your living expenses while you train in Osaka
※However, if you quit of your own volition within 3 years of initiating employment, you will be required to return all such costs to the company.
※Additionally, after relocating to Hong Kong, if your quit of your own volition within one year, you will be responsible for covering all such cancellation fees associated with your lease/rent.

Requirements
