Job Description

This Washoku restaurant is located in a 5-star hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.
The chef and owner opening this restaurant hoping to share sushi cuisine with the people of Germany,
and has been serving sushi there for over 30 years since the restaurant's opening.
The interior of the restaurant features a teppanyaki area, sushi bar, and table seating for Washoku dishes.

They are currently hiring a professional chef with teppanyaki/Washoku experience.

★Main Job Description★
・Overseeing teppanyaki and/or Washoku culinary processes
・Customer service
The restaurant staff works in a rotation to offer all customers teppanyaki, sushi, and Washoku cuisine. You may be asked to work on other cuisine such as sushi in the future, so they are looking to hire an open-minded candidate.

Requirements

<Experience・Skills・Qualifications> ・5 or more years of teppanyaki experience, and/or  5 or more years of Washoku experience ・Chef's license required ・Japanese: Native level ・English: Daily conversational level ・Candidate with work experience abroad preferred <Traits> ・Will enjoy working in Germany ・Desire to learn German even if not currently possessing German-language skills ・Flexible and willing to be flexible with seasonal culinary trends, working in rotation, etc. <Application Documents> ・Please include a photo of your recent proof of salary/pay stubs with your resume when applying.
