Job Description

A sushi restaurant located in San Francisco's financial district.
It features a relaxed atmosphere where you can forget about the buzz of the busy city,
and enjoy a variety of dishes that are a treat for your five senses.
Their customers come from all ages and genders as well.

Cost per Customer: about 200USD
They hosted a party for Obama during his presidency.
It was ranked at the top for a Japanese food blog in SF.

The chef-owner has once championships for his sushi skills.
He has been working in America since his 20s after training in Kyoto and Osaka.
He dreamed of opening his own restaurant in Singapore, and after training in Japan, Canada, and America, he made that dream come true.

The restaurant has only been opened for 5 years, but it has already earned a Michelin-star and wild popularity.
They are currently hiring an Executive Sushi Chef!

You will prepare sushi in the open kitchen and interact with customers.
Training of staff.
Menu development.

Requirements

【Required】 ◆10 or more years of culinary experience, 5 years of which are as a sushi chef (for visa acquisition) ◆Japanese: Native level ◆Non-smoker 【Desired】 ◆English: daily conversational level preferred; desire to learn welcomed ◆Desire to work and grow in America for a long time
