Tasks related to the operation of Ramen Santoka stores:

Maintain Santoka standards
Store management (labor and ingredient management)
Store PL management (sales, labor costs, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, profit)
Develop and execute sales strategies

Initially, you will take on the role of a store manager responsible for managing one store. Subsequently, you will progress to overseeing three stores as an area manager.
