【About the Restaurant and our Company】
Our restaurant, \"Shouun Ryuugin,\" is the sister restaurant of the Japanese cuisine establishment \"Ryuugin\" in Tokyo. Our mission is to use Taiwanese ingredients to provide high-quality Japanese cuisine and top-notch service. We have received strong support from our customers, earning two stars in the \"Michelin Guide Taipei 2018\" and maintaining this rating to the present day. Among our staff, we have individuals with experience training abroad in both the kitchen and service, as well as a Taiwanese tea sommelier and the winner of the World Sake Sommelier Competition.

Currently, we are looking for an Assistant Head Chef who shares our vision and can support our Japanese Head Chef.
