We operate the popular restaurants \"Yakiniku Manpuku\" and \"Izakaya Hachi\" in Los Angeles and Orange County (Costa Mesa), California. In July 2021, we also opened \"Yakiniku Manpuku\" in Dallas, Texas, expanding to a total of 7 locations in North America. [Work Days and Hours] - 8 hours per day (including a 30-minute meal break) - Two days off per week [Holidays / Leave] - Holidays: New Year's Eve / New Year's Day are closed (Texas stores are closed for 2 days on different dates). - Paid holidays: Provided after 3 months of employment.

Requirements

[Experience] Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a Japanese restaurant, including sushi, or a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a yakiniku restaurant with the ability to process meat. [Language Skills] Proficiency in English for daily conversation is essential. Ability to handle basic PC tasks and English proficiency is required. [Required Documents] - Resume with photo (in Japanese or English)
