Work Days and Hours - Approximately 50 hours per week (8 to 10 hours per day in a shift) Holidays / Leave: - Paid holidays: 14 days after 1 year of service *Includes public holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.)

[Qualifications] - Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in sushi (experience in revolving sushi or counter sushi is not required). Experience in other Japanese cuisine is a plus. - Language / Education: - Japanese: Native level - Other languages: Proficiency in English is preferred (candidates who speak only Japanese are also welcome) - No specific educational background required [Required Documents] - Resume / Curriculum Vitae (both in Japanese)
