Working Hours / Work Days: - 5 days, 45 hours per week ※ Working hours (depending on workload): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (with a break) ※ Days off: Monday and Public Holidays ※ Days off may change based on rotation Vacation: - Paid holidays : 4 weeks per year ※ One week granted every three months after joining

Required Experience: - Over 3 years of practical experience in Japanese cuisine or as a sushi chef Required Language Skills: - IELTS score of 5 or higher (required for VISA application) ※ English is necessary as we have staff from various countries, not just Japan Required Documents: - Resume (in Japanese)
