Job Description

Our company operates a high-end yakiniku restaurant with an omakase style, striving to achieve the best balance in taste, service, and ambiance!
An oasis in the bustling city center, this restaurant offers rooms with dedicated skilled grill masters who prepare various cuts of beef with expert techniques.

Due to our expansion, we are now recruiting to increase our team. We are looking for chefs who can grill meat in front of local customers and provide delicious yakiniku.
The owner is kind and supportive, making it a comfortable environment for those working abroad for the first time!

<Positions Available>
Head Chef (Teppanyaki / Yakiniku / Yakitori)

<Job Responsibilities>
As a head chef, you will be responsible for all kitchen operations. This includes sourcing and managing ingredients, preparation, cooking, plating, and menu development. Enjoyable conversations are also a part of our hospitality to enhance the dining experience in our elegant space. We also expect you to engage in friendly service in our private rooms.

Requirements

<Experience> - Experience in teppanyaki, yakiniku, or yakitori cooking - Experience working in well-known or high-end restaurants (preferred) <Required Language Skills> - Japanese: Native level - Other languages: Not required <Certificates> - Chef's license (required) <Preferred Traits> - Someone who enjoy living abroad - Being flexible (as kitchen duties may rotate depending on the season)
