Bartender (Sake & Umeshu Specialist)

[Job Description]
As a bartender specializing in Japanese sake and umeshu, you will be responsible for crafting drinks and interacting with customers. Basic English is required to handle orders and customer interactions.

Depending on language skills, ability, and motivation, career advancement opportunities are available in the areas of strategic planning and project development within a year. This is an ideal role for those skilled in management or operations who wish to expand the reach of Japanese cuisine overseas. 720,000 - 1,080,000 THB (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Holidays

[Working Hours & Days Off] -Discretionary labor system (10:00 - 22:00), 1-2 days off per week (6 days off per month) [Holidays] - Special Leave: 4 days per year - Paid Leave: 6-10 days per year (available after one year; increases with years of service) - Refresh Leave: 3-10 days per year (increases with years of service)

Requirements

[Qualifications] - Education: High school diploma or higher (required) - Language Skills: Thai or business-level English required. Thai language learning is required post-hire (to a conversational level). - Experience: Previous experience as a bartender in Japan or other countries - Prior knowledge of sake and umeshu is prioritized over general cocktail knowledge - Those with floor experience but in-depth knowledge of sake and umeshu are also welcome - Management experience is preferred [Required Documents] Resume and Employment History
