[Compensation & Benefits] ●Base Monthly Salary: EUR 3,000 ●Bonus: EUR 3,000 (equivalent to one month’s salary, paid annually) [Housing] ●Rent and housing costs are the employee’s responsibility. However, the company will assist with finding accommodation and signing a lease prior to relocation. After arrival, the lease will be transferred to the employee’s name and costs will be settled accordingly. [Health Insurance] ●Provided by the company. [Visa Support] ●The company will apply for the work visa on behalf of the employee. For those relocating with family, the company can provide support with documentation, but all associated costs will be borne by the employee. [Travel Expenses] ●Up to EUR 1,000 per year in flight or relocation-related travel costs will be covered by the company. [Other] ●Staff meals are provided during working hours.

[Working Hours] 48 hours per week (8 hours per day), with one day off per week. [Paid Vacation] 4 weeks of paid annual leave (negotiable).

[Required Skills & Qualifications] ● Sushi Preparation Skills - Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of sushi preparation, including fish cleaning and handling, rolling and nigiri techniques, as well as kitchen hygiene and sanitation management. - Experience with both Edomae-style and modern sushi plating techniques. - Ability to incorporate Japanese and Western elements into creative food styling. ● Customer Service Skills Polite and professional interaction with guests is essential. ● Language Skills English: From basic to advanced (must be able to understand instructions; fluency is a strong advantage). German: A2 level or above (for basic communication within the team). ●Flexibility and ability to adjust to new environments Ability to adjust to living and working in Germany, and flexibility to rotate between different workstations (sushi station, ramen station, and rice bowl station). [Preferred but Not Required] ● Any formal culinary certifications, especially those related to sushi preparation or training completion.
