Sushi is the main, Japanese restaurant that has 16 shops in Shanghai.
A famous shop boasting the second largest share in the sushi market in Shanghai!

★ It is not traditional · typical Japanese food, it is modern Japanese cuisine ★
Mainly on menu development of all stores,
We are looking for Executive Head Chef who excites the shop!

【Job Contents】
☆ 3 big roles ☆
· Research and development of menus
· Renovation of current menu (twice a year)
· Staff training

We will create a new menu every month.
2 to 4 shops to review the new menu,
We will conduct surveys of foodstuff, taste, quality control and staff training.

3 to 4 staff will be appointed as an assistant!
( Will assist and report on menu development)

※ Work while moving to some stores!
(All in China stores!)

Requirements

★ Who can speak Chinese ★ If you have a cooker license · 5 to 10 years experience of Japanese cuisine. There are more than five years experience in menu development. · Basic PC operation ability. (For preparing the report) ~ Talents ~ · Sense to taste and knowing customer's needs (customer preference) is good. · Team management ability and the performance of the staff evaluation. · You can evaluate the taste of the current menu and report the improvement plan to the management team. · Cost management and staff training ability.
