【Taipei】Japanese-owned Taiwanese HQ★Hiring menu development lead（specialty dev. room）

Food and beverage company established in Kyushu in the 1980s.
Opened first location in Taiwan in 2006, and now has 9 locations across Taiwan.
While the restaurant concept focuses on ramen, we also offer many side dishes,
and are looking for someone to oversee menu development.

You won’t be working at one of our restaurants, but rather at the R&D HQ in Taiwan.
Having close roots in Japan, we are looking to provide our customers with what’s currently popular and delicious in Japan.
But of course, the tastes of our local customers in Taiwan is also important, so we need someone who is open-minded.

【Specific Duties】
　Oversee R&D in our company’s central kitchen.
　Our central kitchen currently has 10 staff.
　Among that area, we have a special room for R&D
　Typically, you will be creating dishes and ramen in cooperation with managers from our various locations.

　After development is complete, our locations will start creating these dishes in their restaurants, too.
　You may also be asked to assist with the preparation of these dishes at times, which there will also be support staff.

【Reports】
　You will report directly to our president for the Taiwan location.
　She is very kind and possesses a strong sense of logic, and is admired by all of our staff.
