【Guangzhou, China】Opening in May, 2018★Hiring head chef at Japanese-style Yakiniku restaurant (Japanese company)

We are looking to hire a head chef for our Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant set to open in Guangzhou, China, in May 2018.

Our restaurant serves grilled yakiniku and hosts 150 seats.

In China, most yakiniku restaurants are all-you-can-eat, but our restaurant offers Japanese-style yakiniku that is order by the skewer.

The restaurant’s interior is a unique mixture of traditional Japanese Ukiyoe paintings and Japanese street signs, which provides an entertaining atmosphere for our guests and makes them feel like they are actually in Japan.

As the head chef, you will be responsible for guiding our kitchen and front of house staff of about 10 members, and we expect you to help us make our restaurant number one!

~Your specific responsibilities will include~
・Management
　Sales, costs, ingredients, shift
　providing reports to our Japanese president.

・Cooking instruction
　You will lead our kitchen staff in food preparation.
　※The actual cooking will take place in front of our customers.
