寿司やお酒、ほかの一品料理も楽しめるおしゃれなレストラン！

外国人総料理長の下で、英語を活かしながら、寿司を作ってみませんか？
キッチンスタッフは合計6人、寿司シェフが3人在籍中。

仕事内容の詳細：
・料理長のサポート
・メニューに合わせる食材準備（品質、数量）
・品質管理（各セクションのレシピの完全性を維持）
・本場の食材提案、もし、マルタ諸島で入手出来ない場合は代わりの物を提案
・調理過程の速度と品質を調整
・職場の安全管理
・HACCPに従い、食品衛生や安全を維持（説明や訓練などは会社提供）
・食品取り扱い許可証を取得（入社後会社から訓練を行う、当地で試験を受け、取得するサポートがあります）
・お客様と交流し、料理に対する意見を頂き、料理を宣伝する
・組織が提供する訓練や発展画策に参加
・優しい、穏やかな職場を作ることに協力していただく
・会社の予算に合わせて、業務を遂行する

・Assist the Chef de Tournant when basis in the area assigned to him/her on the day.
・Preparing foodstuffs required in the menu and maintaining the quality and quantities.
・Maintain the integrity and authenticity of recipes offering at the respective restaurant/ sections.
・Search for authentic and substitute ingredients which are available on the Maltese Islands.
・Optimize cooking processes to meet speed and quality requirements.
・Maintain outlet safety at all times.
・Managing all food handling processes to meet HACCP food safety guidelines, regulations and procedures.(Company will provide training and guidelines)
・Obtain food handler license(Company will provide training and support)
・Interacting with customers, discuss the menu and promote the dishes on the menu.
・Participating in training and development programs offered by the organization.
・Maintaining a climate of friendly co-operation.
・Work within the budgetary framework established for the department.
