Job Description

Located in Ahmadabad, the major city of the province of Gujarat, Western India.
Our guest house is used mainly by Japanese guests. We are seeking a Front of House manager for our Japanese restaurant within the hotel.
You will also be responsible for managing the hotel (guest house).

- Management of hotel (guest house) restaurant, front of house management
- Check-in/Check-out services in the hotel (guest house)
- Customer service
- Management of operations such as room service

We are looking for a candidate who can guide our on-site staff through the above fields and handle general management overall.

※Our hotel (guest house) is typically for long stays, and is used by employees from Japanese companies

Requirements & Notes

We are looking for a restaurant/hotel manager!
The restaurant is located inside a guest house that caters to employees of Japanese companies.

The provided housing is a beautiful room within the guest house.
The room is about 200 sq. ft and has a shower and toilet.
You’ll have unlimited access to Wi-Fi and can watch Japanese television!
Our cleaning service is also included, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

With so many basic necessities provided, you’ll be able to save up your money!

Requirements

・Candidate with three or more years experience in the hotel industry （Even if you do not meet 3 years of experience, we will consider motivated candidates） ・Someone with experience in hotels/restaurants who possesses the qualities of a strong manager 【Language】 ・Japanese: Native level ・English: daily conversational level 　　　　※For meetings with the owner and instructing the staff ・Will not inquire about educational background 【Desired Traits】 Someone who is flexible and eager to work in a challenging, new environment.
