As this popular restaurant, where a Japanese head chef has been working for many years,
they are now hiring a \"Sushi Head Chef.\"

Please join our team to help make sushi alongside the Japanese head chef

＜Job Description＞
・Preparing traditional Japanese sushi at the counter using fresh ingredients
・Preparation
・Quality control for adherence to traditional preparation methods
・Sanitation
・Inventory management
・Ordering ingredients from Japan
・Management of foreign chefs
