Job Description

Hiring Sushi Chef at a Japanese Sushi Restaurant highly praised by the local Japanese customers, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

★Basic Job Responsibilities★
・Preparation/Cooking in the kitchen
・Preparing sushi at the counter/interacting with customers
・Training and education of local staff
・Manage costs and inventory with the Japanese GM（the GM will handle the specifics）

We are looking to hire somebody who will take initiative to continue offering authentic, delicious cuisine and sushi to our customers while working to further increase the level of our restaurant.

Requirements & Notes

Hiring Process：
　Resume Screening　→ Interviews (1-2) → Decision　→　Visa Application　→　Preparing to Relocate
※If you cannot be approved for the visa, the offer of employment will be rescinded
※The process should take about 3-6 months before you can successfully relocate abroad

Requirements

【Experience・Skills】 ・Someone with experience in general Japanese cuisine and sushi ※We source our fish from Japan, and are looking for someone who can properly prepare fish and pair it with complementary ingredients ・Japanese: Native Level ・Other Language: N/A 【Desired Traits】 ・Somebody who will approach their duties with seriousness and valid efforts ・Someone who works well with others and is open to outside opinions and constructive criticisms of our various staff ・Someone who is flexible and able to interact with customers within a culture that may vary from their own ・This may be a given, but somebody who knows how to separate work from their personal lives and will not drink while working ・Someone who seeks to spread authentic Washoku cuisine abroad （Someone who wishes not only to go abroad, but enjoy their new life there and make a lasting career） 【Other】 ・Candidate who will relocate alone desired
