Job Description

Regensburg, Germany!
A Michellin Star fusion restaurant located in with the historical town of Regensburg, abound with pre-WWII architecture.

Currently, the restaurant's wine bar is becoming equipped to be a sushi bar!
It's a position where you will be granted freedom to take the lead of creating both basic and new sushi dishes!
You won't need to worry about things like cost or managing suppliers, though!

The chef and owner is looking for someone to help out his restaurant, of which there are three. He loves Japanese food!

＜Job Description＞
・Create beautiful sushi for the customers at the sushi bar
　（Open for dinner hours, 100 euro per customer, estimated at about 12000 JPY）
・Creating an omakase menu

・Top-class sushi chef（with about 10 years of experience; able to create the basics of sushi） ・Someone who can serve 12 seats at the sushi bar on his/her own ・Someone cheerful and friendly ・Someone who can communicate in basic English ・Someone with no criminal record who can provide proof of past employment (for visa application purposes)
