【Service】
- Suggesting courses and menus for the catering service
- Improving the menus and service quality
- Considering the customers' voices and creating an experience that will make them want to come back

【Staff Management】
- Working together with other chefs and staff to help create a streamlined, cooperative work environment
- Understand each team's role, heightening your ability to interact with and assist them
- Guiding the kitchen through the day-to-day operations
- Discovering the staffs specific needs, and using your skills to train the staff and help resolve any issues

【Operations】
- Work efficiently while managing the schedules
- Calculating cost projections for inventory and labor
- Staff the kitchen with qualified candidates
- Maintain sanitation guidelines and quality control within the kitchen and for service

【Marketing】
- Suggesting new menu items and pricing
- Working with the marketing team and manager, help further expand the restaurant's business
- Be aware of current trends in food and dining to maintain the restaurant's freshness and competitive edge
- Professionally interact with customers, making sure they are satisfied with the experience

【Other】
- Projecting and calculating the restaurant's weekly/monthly profits
- Maintenance of facilities, equipment, and environment to be in compliance with local health authority standards
- Collaborating with suppliers for necessary items
- Maintaining inventory according to set standards
