Job Description

【Restaurant Introduction】
・This French restaurant opened in Bangkok, Thailand in Fall of 2018.
It is top-class and seats 8 customers at the counter. The ingredients are also directly imported from Japan.
The customers are upper-class Thai people, performers, artists, and royal families,
in addition to tourists from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

・Currently, there is a Japanese head chef in his 50s, one Thai kitchen staff, and one Thai front of house staff making up the team,
and they are looking to increase the staff.

【Job Description】
・Manage the restaurant while cooperating with the head chef
・Menu development, cooking/interacting with customers at the counter

【Other】
・There are future plans to open up many more restaurant locations, and your position can grow into that of a head chef.
Currently, aside from this French restaurant, they also own sushi, ramen, and tempura restaurants.

【Skills】 ・10 or more years of experience with French cuisine ・Experience at a high-class restaurant with cost per customer of 10,000JPY or more 【Language】 ・Japanese: Native ・English: N/A ・Thai: N/A ※For Thai, we are looking for somebody who is motivated to learn Thai to be able to interact with the customers 【Personalty】 ・Sincere. Works with a sense of responsibility. ・Respects others. Strong sense of teamwork and desire to make the restaurant the best it can be.
