<Restaurant Overview>
 A Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong that has received a Michelin Star for 9 years.
 Working under the Head Chef(Japanese, over 30 years of experience),
 there is a staff of 10 (6 of which are Japanese chefs).

 The restaurant is only open for dinner, and offers an omakase menu created by the chef.
 Preparation is key, and the chefs place high value in using seasonal ingredients.

<Job Description>
You will mainly oversee assisting cooking with Kaiseki, sushi, etc.
 Work during lunch hours to make preparations
 Assisting in the kitchen
 Serving dishes to customers
 Cleaning after closing hours

◆After the working holiday visa expires in 6-months, you can
 switch to a full-time working visa if both parties are interested.
(company covers visa costs)
