Job Description

This casual Japanese sushi restaurant is located in a quiet,
high-class area in Sydney, Australia.

The restaurant seats 10 on its terrace that is right near the beach
Most of the customers are local, meaning most of them speak English!

With sushi at the heart of their menu, they are
currently seeking to hire a Washoku chef.

Specifically:
・On-site responsibility for managing the entire staff and quality of food and service
(there are 2 staff members in the kitchen and 3 in FoH/they plan to run the restaurant with all Japanese staff.)

※There will be a training period at the beginning of your employment, so there is no need to worry♪

<Menu>
・Temaki: California Roll, Salmon Teriyaki Roll, etc
・Sashimi
・Seaweed Salad, Potato Salad, and other side dishes
・Udon
・Curry
・Benot Box: Karaage, Teriyaki, Tempura, Katsu
・Donburi: Gyuu-don, Ten-don, Unagi-don
etc.

Requirements
