Job Description

The first Kaiseki restaurant in a hotel in Europe to receive a Michelin star!

Seats 120 guests at the sushi counter and private rooms.

Most of the 23 staff members are Japanese!
The female floor staff wear kimonos,
and serve beautiful Washoku dishes created by the chef
plated on top of traditional dishware.

The quality of the food, customer service, presentation, and flavor
at this restaurant are all the epitome of fine dining.

Many of the guests are from Europe and America, with many corporate guests,
making this restaurant a gathering place of people from around the world.

<Job Description>
・Prepare food fitting of a Michelin star restaurant
・Assist and guide the other Washoku chefs
・Ingredient, cost, and sanitation management
・Offer menu suggestions to the head chef
・Manage schedules of the Washoku chefs

Requirements & Notes

About the contract: after one-month probation period, your contract will become for 2/3 of a year, which can later be extended into a long-term contract

Hiring Process:
Resume Screening (submit resume to Washokujob along with photos of dishes)
→ two rounds of interviews (Skype based on availability, then interview in Japan on on-site. The interviewer will the head chef who oversees hiring)

Holidays
