Job Description

This restaurant is located within the financial district in San Francisco in America.
The restaurant provides such a clear and crisp atmosphere that you'll forget you're in the city
as your enjoy a various array of dishes that area delight to all five senses.
The customers are also of all different walks of life and come to enjoy delicious, creative sushi kaiseki.

Cost per customer: around 200 USD
This restaurant hosted a party for President Obama during his term,
and it is rated as the top Washoku restaurant in San Francisco according to a Japanese food blog.

The Japanese chef and owner has won various sushi competitions in both America and the world.
He studied Japanese food in Kyoto and Osaka, and then travelled to America in his 20s.
With that, he held the dream of opening his own restaurant in San Francisco, and honed his craft further in
Japan, Canada, and America. And now this restaurant is his dream come true.

It's only been opened for 5 years, but already has Michelin Stars and is so popular
that reservations are required.
They are looking to hire a Sushi/Washoku Chef!

You will create Sushi and Washoku dishes, and interact with customers in the open kitchen.
Everyone on the staff works together, so you will also contribute to new menu development,
and can work your way up to training the staff or becoming head chef.

Requirements
