Job Description

The 5-star hotel is located in a hot spot for tourists from around the world,
and they are looking for someone to work as a sushi chef in their sushi restaurant.

The cost per customer is about 30,000-40,000JPY.
The restaurant offers sushi and other small plates.

Requirements

・5 or more years experience as a sushi chef ・Knowledge of food and service at upscale sushi restaurants (20,000JPY per customer or more) ・High school education or greater ・Japanese: Native level ・English: Daily conversational level preferred ・Flexible, hard-working ・Experience at Michelin-star restaurant: priority ・Experience working abroad: priority
