Job Description

This Washoku fusion restaurant sets Izakaya/Tapas/Upscale Dining as its concept
and is currently working to open its second location.
Thus, they are looking to hire a sushi chef with English language abilities!

You will work under the Japanese head chef, who is also the president
of this world famous fusion restaurant chain,
and team up with the well trained staff.

・Lead the kitchen team
・Menu development
・Develop Omakase menu
・Staff guidance
・Interact with customers at the counter while preparing sushi

Requirements

・3 or more years experience as a sushi chef ・High level of communication skills For Visa acquisition: ・4.0 or higher on IELTS ・Can provide proof of work history for at least past five years ・Proof of working as a senior chef for past 5 years ・Proof of savings 90 days before relocating (about 140,000JPY)
