Starting in Ginza, this restaurant's network has expanded to Hainan and other places,
now with 6 locations globally, spreading the taste of delicious Japanese cuisine with the world.

Just by stepping into the restaurant, you will be met with an unforgettable experience.
Currently, they are looking to hire a head Teppanyaki chef and sous-chef for this new location!

You will prepare teppanyaki in front of customers while interacting with them,
provided them with an experience that excites all of the senses.
This is recommended for a teppanyaki chef who wishes to challenge their career abroad!

Requirements

・Desired Skills 【Teppanyaki Head Chef】10 or more years of experience as a Teppanyaki chef in Japan 　　　　　　 3 or more years of experience as a Teppanyaki head chef preferred 　　　　　　 Experience at an upscale restaurant or newly opened restaurant preferred 【Teppanyaki Sous-Chef】5 or more years of experience as a Teppanyaki chef ・Language 　Japanese：Native level (or daily conversational level for non-natives) ☆English：daily conversational level preferred ☆Chinese：daily conversational level preferred 【Preferred Skills】 ・Knoweldge of Nihon-shu and wine ・Enjoys interacting with people 【Desired Traits】 Wishes to share Japanese culture with the world.
